Agreement

These terms govern your use of Standard Union Services accounts and services. By opening an account you accept them. Standard Union Services Ltd. may update these terms, and material changes are notified to the email address on your account.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when opening an account and keep it current. You are responsible for every action taken with your credentials, so keep your password, PIN and transfer codes private. New accounts are restricted until verification completes.

Transfers

Transfers are authorised with your PIN and a one-time code. Once submitted, a transfer is recorded on your statement with a unique reference and cannot be recalled unilaterally. We may hold, decline or reverse a transfer where we are required to do so.

Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. We do not apply undisclosed charges to your balance.

Termination

Either party may close the account with notice. We may restrict an account immediately where we suspect fraud or are required to by law.
